Common Sense
Common Sense is about knowing instinctively how to handle situations appropriately.
Common sense: • Blending experience, education and training • Combined with personal life experiences • Allowing us to use sound judgment in practical matters
Works at a subconscious level guiding and shaping our conscious decision-making
Aristotle said common sense is an internal power that assists us in making sound decisions based on an intuitive sense for the environment around us.
Unfortunately, rational thinkers often ignore this inner sense and try to rationalize situations that put them at unnecessary risk.
Significant entrepreneurs and change leaders share a key characteristic, common sense. The key to their success is a blend of both instinct and intellect.
